Panzinorm forte-N contains natural pancreatic (secreted by the pancreas) enzymes of high activity: lipase, amylase and protease. Typically, these substances are released in the small intestine during food intake and contribute to the breakdown and absorption of various food elements. Lipase breaks down fats, amylase breaks down carbohydrates, and protease breaks down proteins. The components of Panzinorm forte-N tablets are of animal (pig) origin and are extremely similar to substances produced by the human body. The tablets are coated with a special coating that protects them from the action of gastric juice. Therefore, enzymes are released from the tablet only in the small intestine, where they begin to function, replacing those enzymes that the pancreas is unable to produce on its own in the required volume.
