Nurofen relieves the condition by altering the body's response to heat, pain and swelling.
Nurofen contains the active substance ibuprofen, which belongs to the group of "non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs" (NSAIDs). Its action is directed at the source of heat and pain.
Nurofen is indicated for infants from 3 months of age and children.

Taken internally
* Quickly and effectively lower the temperature of the child (including during immunization),
