Waterproof self-adhesive absorbent dressing. Mepore Pro is an absorbent rayon wound dressing. The layer in contact with the wound does not adhere to the wound. The air-permeable film provides a waterproof seal to prevent moisture and bacteria from entering the wound. Mepore Pro adheres well to body contours. The adhesive is a water-based acrylic adhesive. It interacts gently with the skin and does not contain organic solvents. The adhesion area is covered with two protective films, allowing aseptic application of the dressing. Mepore Pro is intended for dressing light to moderately exuding wounds such as surgical wounds, cut wounds and abrasions.
