Ferretab comp. is suitable for maintaining and restoring normal levels of iron and folic acid in the blood when the body itself does not produce them enough.

Ferretab comp. the active substances are iron fumarate and folic acid.

Iron fumarate is a form of iron and folic acid is a B vitamin. Both iron and folic acid are needed to make red blood cells (erythrocytes). If you do not get enough iron and folic acid, you may develop anemia (reduced number of red blood cells). This can happen especially during pregnancy, when the need for iron and folic acid increases.

Ferretab comp. is suitable for maintaining and restoring normal levels of iron and folic acid in the blood when the body itself does not produce them enough.

Ferretab comp is used to treat iron and folic acid deficiency, especially in the treatment of anemia associated with pregnancy.
