Espumisan capsules belong to a group of medicines called "gastrointestinal drugs." The active ingredient, simethicone, breaks down gas bubbles trapped in the stomach and intestines. Thus, the evolved gases are removed naturally.

Children from 6 years old, adolescents and adults, 2 capsules (equivalent to 80 mg of simethicone) 3-4 times a day.
The active ingredient is simethicone. Each Espumisan softgel contains 40 mg of simethicone. Other Ingredients: Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E 218), Gelatin, Glycerin (85%), Quinoline Yellow (E 104), Sunset Yellow FCF (E 110).
