Esprico® consists of a balanced blend of marine fish oil and evening primrose oil. Esprico® contains the valuable polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). DHA helps maintain normal brain function. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 250 mg of DHA daily. In addition, the composition also contains the minerals magnesium and zinc, of which magnesium contributes to normal psychological functions and zinc contributes to normal cognitive functions.
