The extracts of passionflower and valerian contained in HYPNOSOLS FORTE relieve nervous tension, promote relaxation and ensure healthy sleep. Griffonia extract helps to maintain the normal functioning of the nervous system and brain. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Melatonin also helps alleviate feelings of circadian rhythm disruption. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of the trip shortly before going to bed and for the first few days after arriving at the destination.
