Due to the combined action of its constituent ingredients - allantoin, nicotinamide, salicylic acid and racemic camphor - Dernilan has a wound healing and anti-inflammatory effect, accelerates the formation of tissue granulations, helps to remove thickened keratinized epidermis from the legs and arms. Dernilan is used for painful and deep cracks of thickened and keratinized epidermis, for the care of the skin of the feet and hands.

Apply the ointment to your feet and hands 3-4 times a day. Gently rub it in, soak your feet every other day and remove the keratinized epidermis. After healing, take the medicine 1 to 2 times daily before washing your feet and hands.
The active ingredients are allantoin, nicotinamide, salicylic acid and racemic camphor. 100 g of ointment contains 0.3 g of allantoin, 0.25 g of nicotinamide, 0.1 g of salicylic acid and 1 g of racemic camphor. Other Ingredients: Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E218), Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E216), Glycerin, White Petrolatum, Cetyl Alcohol, Cholesterol, and Purified Water.
